“Yes, this costs more than your average Motel, but face it, every place in Bozeman is pricey now. If you appreciate uniformity and familiarity, this probably isn’t your place. If you are a fan of retro-kitch and want a great room with the convenience of having your car parked right outside the door, then you, like my family will probably love this place. It is really cool.

Check out the very vintage B&W television in the lobby that they got working! Money was spent on the rooms where it counts. The new windows and drapes block out all the sound and light of the parking lot. The bathroom was absolutely amazing. The tile work, considering the irregular lines of this vintage motel, was nothing short of exquisite. The beds and even the pillows were very comfortable. We would stay again in a heartbeat.”

My wife and I stayed at a variety of great, historic places, but came away from our trip from the Midwest to the Northwest with a new appreciation for the Motor Motel. It’s perfect for that road trip – your car’s outside your door, all on one level.

The Sapphire was clean, convenient, comfortable and well-located – and very reasonably priced. Great job and preservation and the classic update on the bathrooms deserves special mention. Two minor improvements / suggestions: the screen on our motor court picture window needed replacement, a night light would be helpful for older guys like me!

“Super cute mid-century motel close to downtown.”

“Adorable, well maintained mid-century motel. The grounds keepers were outside the whole time I was there tending to the garden. Very clean and I loved the pink bathroom. I also loved how I could pull right in front of our door. Makes it easy to load/unload. Only three block to Main Street and all the action.”
